🌍 Technology in Our Daily Lives: A Blessing or a Distraction? Can you imagine going a whole day without checking your phone, laptop, or social media? For most of us, the answer is probably “no.” Technology has become so woven into our lives that it’s hard to picture school, friendships, or even free time without it. But is all this technology helping us—or sometimes holding us back? When I started working on my recent survey about Technology and Daily Life , I was curious about how my classmates actually use their devices. Some said they spend only a few hours online, while others admitted to being online for more than five hours every day. Phones and laptops were the most common tools, and not surprisingly, social media and gaming ranked just as high as studying when it came to screen time. Technology has clear benefits. In school, it makes learning faster and sometimes more fun. With one search, we can find endless information for a science project, watch tutorials on YouTu...
